Lasagna

Meatloaf

Vintage Meatloaf served with served with mashed potatoes, chef’s vegetables, dinner salad, ranch & French dressing, and this week’s dessert.

Chicken Marsala

Chicken in Marsala sauce with mushrooms served with mashed potatoes, chef’s vegetables, dinner salad, ranch & French dressing, and this week’s dessert.

Short Ribs

Rich and tender short ribs resting atop goat cheese polenta, chef’s vegetables, dinner salad, ranch & French dressing, and this week’s dessert.

Manicotti

Cheesy meat and noodle pasta bake served with dinner salad, ranch & French dressing, garlic bread, and dessert of the week.

Heating Instructions

LASAGNA: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove clear plastic lid from frozen lasagna. Tent the pan with aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes from frozen OR 1 hour if thawed. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is browned. Once cheese is browned, remove from oven and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.

While lasagna is baking take out frozen dessert and let thaw, allow at least an hour for this.

Place garlic bread on a sheet pan and bake 5 minutes.

MEATLOAF:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove clear plastic lid from frozen meatloaf and tent the pan with aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hours and 30 minutes if frozen or 45 minutes if thawed, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

While meatloaf is baking take out frozen dessert and let thaw, allow at least an hour for this.

Vegetables can be warmed in a non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or microwaved for 3 minutes.

Reheat gravy in a small saucepan on medium low heat until it reaches a simmer then turn down to low heat and hold until you are ready to serve.

CHICKEN MARSALA:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove clear plastic lid from frozen pot roast and mashed potatoes. Tent the pan with aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 2 hours if frozen OR 45 minutes if thawed, internal temperature should be 155 degrees.

While chicken marsala is baking take out frozen dessert and let thaw.

Vegetables can be warmed in a non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or microwaved for 3 minutes.

Mashed potatoes warmed to preferred temp.
