Vintage Banquet rooms are perfect for private gatherings to celebrate your most important milestones. Whether it’s a Rehearsal Dinner dinner, Bridal shower, Baby shower or any important event, let us impress your guests with a beautiful space, excellent food and exceptional banquet amenities.
Our private dining room has the versatility to be used as one large room or divided into two small rooms.
Vintage Brewing Co. Banquet Policies
Room Choices & Amenities:
Monroe Room – Thinking of a more intimate dining experience? Our Monroe room offers the capacity to seat 25-30 of your closest friends and/or family members for lunch, dinner or a happy hour event. This room offers one flat screen TV and a large baywindow, great for natural lighting.
John Wayne Room – Looking for a private bar? Our John Wayne room houses a full service private bar and private restrooms. This space is perfect for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, after work gatherings or just an old-fashioned dinner party. We can seat 35 people comfortably for seated dinners and can accommodate up to 45 for the more casual events.
Full Banquet Space – A combination of both the John Wayne and Monroe rooms, this space is perfect for larger groups, either sit down, buffet, or casual gatherings. We can accommodate 65 guests for seated events and about 95 people for the casual mixers.
Beverages/Bar Options – We have quite a few possibilities, if the options listed below don’t suit your needs, please let us know what you’ve got in mind!
• Cash Bar: guests pay for their own beverages
• Limited Bar: vintage beer, house wine and sodas hosted
• Open bar: all beverages hosted
Pricing:
Our banquet room pricing is based on “goods purchased” which consists of food and drink purchases, therefore we have no room charge. However, if the minimum required is not met the remaining balance will be charged as a “room fee.” Tax and gratuity will be added to all final bills, with the gratuity not included in the minimum. Final bills are to be made as a single payment only (no individual checks please).
Lunch (11am – 4pm)
Monday-Sunday for any room choice:
-$100/ hour minimum to be spent on food and drink
Dinner (4pm – 10pm: end times are negotiable)
Sunday-Wednesday for any room choice:
-$100/ hour minimum to be spent on food and drink
Thursday:
Full banquet room – $1,000 minimum spent
John Wayne or Marilyn Monroe Room – $500 minimum spent
Friday and Saturday & Holidays:
Full Banquet Room – $2,000 minimum spent
John Wayne or Marilyn Monroe Room – $1,000 minimum spent
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can we bring our own dessert?
You are welcome to bring in your own cake, however, a$25 cake fee will be applied. This fee includes use of plates, forks, napkins and serving utensils. If you bring in your own supplies, this fee is waived. Are you looking for an original dessert? Please ask!
Can we hang decorations?
You are more than welcome to bring in decorations. Please no glitter, confetti, or hanging decorations on the walls.
What type of AV hook ups to you have available?
We offer two flat screen TVs for presentations and have an HDMI cable for your convenience.
