FOR ALL ITEMS PREHEAT OVEN TO AN INITIAL TEMPERATURE OF 250 DEGREES

Please read all instructions through before beginning cooking. Bake all the product in the pans provided, but remove lids and tent with foil. While baking, use a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan to bake on. The provided pans will soften a bit and could make it difficult to remove from the oven. 

 

Remove whipped butter and let stand at room temperature so it becomes easily spreadable.

 

Peppercorn crusted Striploin (Demi Glace is already added to Striploin)

Cooking instructions

Let rest on the counter, before cooking for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cook in provided container for the following amount of time per temperature 

 

RARE 1 ½ hours

MEDIUM 1 hour 45 minutes

WELL 2 hours

 

Once time is finished, increase the temperature of the oven to 375 degrees and finish the roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, tent with foil and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. When slicing, slice against the grain, or the long way of the roast.

 

Roasted Ham

Cook at 250 for 1 hour tented with foil. Increase temperature to 375. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until a light crust forms on ham. 

 

Twice Baked Mashed

Cook at 250 for 1 hour tented with foil. Increase temperature to 375. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden brown crust. 

 

Cornbread Casserole

Cook at 250 for 1 hour tented with foil. Increase temperature to 375. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. 

 

Brussel Sprouts

Cook at 250 for 30 hour tented with foil. Increase temperature to 375. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.

 

Cooking instructions for guests that added the appetizers option for their meal:

 

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Tent with foil, cook at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove foil, cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is brown.
